Established in 2004 by Richard and Karen Ford, Windy Tree has been making an impact with corporates, SME's and start-ups alike.

Windy Tree's roots (pardon the pun) come from our background in designing and implementing change management programmes, corporate communications and internal awareness campaigns for multi-national organisations.

Initally part of our success was due to our ability to align teams with branded activates and initiatives. This quickly grew and allowed us to offer our knowledge, understanding and expertise to SME's and start-up businesses with the same level of execution.
